Pet Policies

  • We adore our furry friends!

  • There is a weight limit of 50 lbs. per pet, and a maximum of two pets allowed (only one dog per unit — *breed restrictions apply).

  • There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.

  • There is a monthly charge of $30 per pet.

Additional Policies

  • No monthly trash fees.

  • Utilities are not included in rent. These are billed to residents based on monthly usage.

  • No personal grills are permitted. *Community grills are available.

  • No short term rentals or Airbnb allowed.

  • The Pines is an in-unit smoke-free community.

Parking Policies

  • Complimentary and unrestricted parking is available.

  • Extra free spaces designated for both residents and guests.

  • Select units offer attached garages.

  • Detached garages are available for rent.

  • The community is gated for added peace of mind.
